How to use

There are two forms of application depending on our objective.
1. Daily application to strengthen the skin of the feet, prevent sweating and prevent mycosis. In this case, apply a thin layer along the entire foot and massage.
2. To prevent the appearance of sores and blisters.
Apply approximately 1mm thick to the soles of your feet, heels, and toe area before doing your activity (also apply to areas where your shoes rub), then put on your socks. The protective layer will form when we start the activity. Use with socks and preferably socks with padding.

UNA CREMA IMPRESCINDIBLE

Esta crema es muy buena, tanto para prevenir como para curar ampollas.
La use haciendo el camino de Santiago y ni una ampolla. Maravillosa.
