Pilgrims will depart from Lisbon Cathedral, passing through gems such as the Alfama neighborhood, St. George's Castle, and Jerónimos Monastery. They will be able to soak up the essence of this vibrant city before leaving its hustle and bustle behind.

Upon leaving Lisbon, the path runs through countryside, olive groves, and the banks of the Tagus, a pleasant contrast to the hustle and bustle of the big city. A highlight is a stop in the town of Loures, with its 14th-century Gothic church.

After 32 km, you arrive at this riverside town famous for its monuments, bullfighting, and horses. Its cobbled streets, the church of São João Baptista, and buildings like the Casa do Arnado invite you to immerse yourself in its rich past.
